In accordance with section 3.59(4) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Melville gives notice of its intention to enter into a Major Land Transaction being the grant of a ground lease of the above subject lots in their entirety to Melville Health, Aged and Community (WA) Pty Ltd (A.C.N 624 674 362) for the redevelopment and operation of a residential aged care facility with integrated complimentary uses.
Written submissions in respect of the Business Plan may be lodged with the City up until 4.00pm, Wednesday, 5 December 2018.
