The City of Melville (“City”) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the supply of cleaning services for the following facilities; • Civic Centre, 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon WA 6154 • Operations Centre, Bramanti Road, Murdoch, WA 6150 • Piney Lakes Environmental Education Centre (PLEEC), 555 Leach Hwy, Winthrop WA 6155 The cleaning Contract will be a two year term with two, two year option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The Contractor is to be aware that this Contract is performance based and its intent is to guarantee cleaning of the absolute highest quality. All daily, weekly, monthly and periodical cleaning must be carried out thoroughly. It is expected that the cleaning staff will be diligent in carrying out their duties in accordance with this specification.

The City of Melville (“City”), is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the supply and delivery of shelf-ready library stock. In previous years, the City has spent approximately $60,000 a year on the supply and delivery of shelf-ready library stock. The amount is provided as a guide only and the City does not guarantee any set volume of work for the Contract period. The City expects to build a new Library and Cultural Centre in Booragoon in the coming years which might result in a drop in the number of library stock being ordered until the construction of the new centre is completed. The Contract is for a period of one year with three one year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. It is intended that one Contractor will be appointed for the Services.

The City of Melville (“City”), is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to perform programmed pruning services on trees located under power lines. The City generally prunes up to 5,000 trees under power lines on a six monthly basis across 12 metropolitan suburbs. The amount of trees requiring pruning is expected to reduce over time with the increase of underground power. The City does not guarantee any set volume of work for the Contract period.
