• The Development Assessments Panel DAP Form 1 and MRS Form 1 must be downloaded from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website.
• The built strata subdivision Form 15A and Form 15C must be downloaded from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage
• The Section 40 grant or removal of a liquor license form must be downloaded from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries
