Young workers face some of the highest rates of workplace sexual harassment in Australia.
This workshop offers a valuable opportunity for those who are new to or yet to enter the workforce to learn interactively about workplace sexual harassment and the important role of an active bystander in contributing to safer, more respectful workplaces for all.

Who is this training for?
Young people (aged 15 - 21) living and/or working in the City of Melville.
What will I learn?
Learning outcomes include:
- The ability to identify and define workplace sexual harassment;
- An understanding of the nature, frequency and impact of workplace sexual harassment;
- An understanding of the role of an active bystander in challenging worplace sexual harassment myths about sexual violence; and
- Practical skills to promote safe, appropriate bystander action
Facilitated session delivery includes:
- A PowerPoint presentation;
- Practice activities and other interactive activities/roleplays; and
- Work booklets with information on workplace sexual harassment, including useful resources and support services for students to take away
About the Workplace Respect Project
Circle Green’s Workplace Respect Project provides legal assistance services for people who have experienced workplace sexual harassment and discrimination, as well as free community legal education across WA.
