Gain the confidence to act in an emergency with this First Aid Essentials course delivered by St John Ambulance Australia.
This free, hands-on session is designed to build community safety and resilience, because everyone can learn simple skills to help others when it matters most.

Type of event and expectations
Adult learning space - Guests are requested to turn phones to silent, where possible, be respectful to facilitator and attendees alike and exit discreetly when needed. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety.
Accessibility
This event will include some kneeling and moving around. Facilitators can reasonably assist those with mobility issues with advice and guidance.

Please consider using public transportation. A bus stop, just a 2-minute walk away, is conveniently located near EcoHub and services multiple routes.
EcoHub is located at 555 Leach Highway, Winthrop in the Piney Lakes Reserve. To reach us, if heading westbound, take the first left after Murdoch Drive on Leach Highway. If coming from the Fremantle area, continue on Leach Hwy across Murdoch Drive and use the designated U-turn just after the lights to move to the westbound lanes. Go back through the lights at Murdoch Drive and take the first left. Please park in the signed public carpark.
