Yagan Mia Djinanginy invites you to slow down and look deeply.
In Noongar, Djinanginy speaks to the act of looking, seeing, and paying close attention. This exhibition brings together the voices, observations and creative responses of Noongar artists in a shared process of cultural mapping. As custodians of this Boodja, they are connected to Yagan Mia through Country, memory and story.
Bringing together handcrafted cultural artefacts, photography, language and creative making, this site-responsive exhibition is led by Jayden Boundry, underpinned by the cultural guidance of Ian Wilkes and documented by Phil Sillifant. The exhibition is complemented by guest facilitator Emily Rose who will lead a series of workshops inviting visitors to connect with Djilba bonar, the season of the first wildflowers. This gentle unfolding of place honours what is seen, what is felt and what Boodja reveals over time.

Physical access: Yagan Mia Wireless Hill Museum is wheelchair accessible via footpaths / low incline ramps and ACROD parking is available nearby. Main entry is 1.6m wide and there is a unisex accessible toilet on site.
