During this 4 hour class you will be guided through the process by an experienced bag maker alongside the sewing pattern which has step-by-step instructions and photos. You will be provided with the fabrics to stitch your own lined tote bag to take home after the class. The tote has an optional zippered pocket with carry handles and an adjustable shoulder strap plus a magnetic snap to close. Everything you need for the workshop will be provided. - sewing pattern - fabric for the bag including lining and hardware A light lunch is also included but we will not break for lunch.
Attendees must have and bring with them their own sewing machine, spare sewing machine needles basic sewing kit - scissors, seam ripper, pins and/or quilt clips. A zipper sewing machine foot is required and is standard with most sewing machines but please check before you arrive at the class. There are no sewing machines available but sewing kits will be available for sale. Please advise of any food allergies or food and drink intolerances. Bringing your own keep cup is welcomed. As there are machines and hot irons, all attendees must be over the age of 18. Terms and conditions apply.
