Learn the why, what and how to eat well!

NOM! is a FREE community healthy eating and cooking workshop that helps parents and carers build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create positive mealtime experiences for the whole family.

The program runs over five weeks, commencing Wednesday 29 July 2026. Each 2.5-hour session combines practical learning with fun, interactive activities.

Participants will learn valuable skills, including:

  • Choosing healthy foods for the whole family
  • Understanding healthy eating for infants and children
  • Strategies to make mealtimes less stressful
  • How to read food labels and prepare safe, healthy snacks and lunchboxes
  • Planning nutritious family meals on a budget

Join us to discover practical tips and simple solutions that support healthy eating habits for the entire family.
