Quilling is a papercraft that uses narrow strips of paper to embellish craft projects. By rolling, shaping and gluing the paper you can create decorative designs that are uniquely yours.
In this fun session, you will design and create a card for Mother’s Day that is likely to be treasured long after the day itself.
