Public Gallery Attendance

As spaces are limited, Elected Members, administration staff, presenters and members of the community providing deputations will be given priority access to the room. Any remaining room capacity will be available to the public to attend in the gallery. Attendance will be on a first come first serve basis.

Online Attendance Information

Recent amendments to the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government Administration Regulations 1996 require Committees established under the Local Government Act to be open to the public, however there is no requirement to broadcast/record Committee meetings that are held in-person (Reg 14D and 14E). The City’s Audit Risk and Improvement Committee is held in person and therefore will not be available to livestream from home.
