Youth Drop In @ Willagee and Blue Gum Community Centres

Come along to our Youth Drop In and hang out with other young people your age. Play some sport, watch a movie or enjoy one of our creative workshops. Snacks provided!

Days and Times

Parental consent is needed to participate in our Youth Drop In. Please get your parent or guardian to sign the membership form below and bring it with you the first time you come:

PHAZE Urban Art Project

PHAZE is the City of Melville's legal urban art painting program and gives you the opportunity to develop your spray painting skills with urban artist, Dan Duggan.

We partner with Skateboarding WA to bring you a range of clinics and comps to suit all abilities and skill levels.  Have a look at what's coming up...

Thursday October 4 2018 - Clinic at Melville skate park 3.30 - 5.30pm

Saturday November 10 2018 - Clinic at Melville skate park 1 - 3pm

Thursday January 10 2019 - Clinic at Melville skate park 9 - 11am

Skate Parks

The City of Melville operates four skate parks which are open for anyone to use.

Bull Creek Skate Park

John Creaney Reserve, Bull Creek 6149

Leeming Skate Park

Melville Skate Park

Carrawatha Park

PCYC Fun Truck

The City has contracted PCYC to bring their Fun Truck to selected parks in Willagee for a short trial.  The Fun Truck is equipped with fun and interesting activities for children and young people of all ages.  Along with PCYC staff, the City’s Youth Engagement Officer/s will also be in attendance while the Fun Truck is in operation. 

 The times and locations are flexible and can be changed depending on the community involvement and response to the Fun Truck.

Venue: George Humes Park, 41 Winnacott Street, Willagee as part of the Willagee Night Market

Date: Friday 7 and Friday 14 December 2018

Time: 5.30pm to 7.30pm

Venue: Harmony Park, Paitt Street, Willagee

Date: Tuesday 11 December 2018

Time: 2.30pm – 4.30pm

Venue: Carawatha Park, 10 Archibald Street, Willagee

Date: Wednesday 12 December 2018

Time: 3pm – 5pm

Venue: Carawatha Park, 10 Archibald Street, Willagee

Bookings are not required for any of these sessions – just head down and join in the fun!
