Warwick Wild Park in Applecross is set for a park and playground renewal, and we asked you to vote to help decide the new playground design.
We presented four design options, each with unique features, and invited the community to vote for the preferred choice. We also asked whether you'd like the standard spring rocker, or a different additional piece of play equipment.
Engagement was open from 15 April to 3 May 2026, and we heard from 86 community members, with 65% telling us they preferred playground option three. Read the engagement snapshot below to see the winning design.
Construction is set to begin in October 2026.
