WA Public Libraries Online Book Club

    Join the WA Public Libraries Online Book Club to discuss a range of books with other Western Australians. Book club members can connect through a private online forum to discuss the current books and network with each other.

    Selected Titles, August to October 2021:

    Every three months a new group of books will be selected for discussion.

    Getting Started

    It's easy to get started. Find out more about the online book club and how to join, then choose one or more of the titles from this quarter's selections. Next:

    • Use the library catalogue to find a printed or digital copy, or
    • Use the Freading website or app to checkout an "always available" eBook copy.

      Together We Read

      Together We Read is a digital book club for public libraries in Australia and New Zealand. It takes place a few times a year, and during each two-week program, there are no waitlists for the selected book.

      Big Library Read

      Big Library Read takes place three times per year and is available in over 20,000 libraries around the world. It connects millions of readers around the world with an eBook through public libraries and is the world's largest digital book club. During past programs, readers have participated in engaging online discussions about the title. The program is facilitated by OverDrive, a digital reading platform for popular books, audiobooks and magazines.
