Bob Gordon Reserve is named after former Councillor Robert Gordon (1903-1920), Chairman between 1911-1912 and 1919-1920. The park also has a large formalised BMX track.

Parking
To accommodate large bookings additional parking may need to be arranged by the hirer on John Creany Reserve. Additional fees may apply.
Reserve Hire Information
The reserve is available for private functions with a capacity of up to 300 people. Events with a capacity of up to 1000 people may also be held at the reserve. An approved Event Application is required to secure an event on City of Melville reserves.
Please note there are some things you can't do or bring to this reserve:
- Bouncy Castles and marquees may be permitted with required approval and permit
- Petting zoos, animal farms and pony rides maybe permitted with required approval and permit
- Pegs/stakes are not permitted to secure structures or bouncy castles. Weights must be used to secure any structures (such as marquees).
- Confetti is not permitted
Other important information to note when making a booking:
- Bookings are not accepted for Public Holidays, 18th and 21st birthday parties
- All bookings will be considered tentative until full payment is made
- The play space cannot be booked
