Parks and Reserves Hire Fees and Charges

Fees and Charges relating to the hire and booking of a Park or Reserve within the City.

Parks and Reserves with specified bookable areas (Bicton Quarantine Park, Piney Lakes Reserve or Point Walter Reserve)

 

Up to 2 hours$100.00
Half Day (2-4 hours)$130.00
Full Day (more than 4 hours)$230.00
All Bookings are subject to Administration Fee *$62.00
Liquor Licence Fee$35.00

Bond (refundable) - A bond may be applied if a marquee, structure, pony rides, animal farm or vehicle access are proposed.

$345.00
*50% of the hire rate will be added if the booking is of a commercial nature 

 

All Other Reserves, Parks and Sports fields
Maximum 2 hours$55.00
Half Day (between 2 and 4 hours)$75.00
Full Day (more than 4 hours)$135.00

50% of the hire rate will be added if the booking is of a commercial nature.
A bond fee may apply if a function or event includes marquees, structures, pony rides, animal farms of vehicle access on the reserve.
A bond maybe applied if a booking is requesting access to toilets that requires access to a lock box or a City key.
