Enjoy an afternoon immersed in nature, learning about local wildlife before a guided walk through the wetlands of Piney Lakes Reserve.

Discover the fascinating world of frogs with an immersive evening of wildlife, learning and exploration. Nearer to Nature will guide this session, beginning with an up-close animal encounter and education on the remarkable adaptations, behaviours and life cycle of our local frog species, as well as the vital role they play in healthy wetland ecosystems.

Then it's time to head outdoors for a guided walk through Piney Lakes Reserve in search of frogs in their natural habitat. Listen for their distinctive calls, discover where they live, and learn what we can do to support our local amphibians.

Please note that this event is designed for adults and young people aged 16 years and over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
