Want to know yourself better? Join Alan Hancock's Creative Journaling course, run for two hours per week over four weeks. Learn simple ways to write about your experiences, thoughts and feelings, and understand yourself on a deeper level. This course will help you reflect on your life, express personal issues, and open up to creativity and intuition. It will be a friendly and supportive way to find new self-awareness. Alan will show you how to create a safe place for your journaling, and lead you through tried and tested activities. We’ll be guided by the work of top writers like Stephanie Dowrick and Helen Garner. And it should be fun. NB - This is not a therapy course; it is an invitation to go deeper with your journaling.
