Submitting a Community Event for Our What’s on Calendar
To submit an event, fill in our Event Submission form below. All fields must be completed and all events must comply with the guidelines below to be considered.
We reserve the right to include or not include events at our sole discretion.
Community Event Guidelines
To be advertised on our What's On calendar, all events must be:
- Held within the City of Melville
- Community-based and open to the general public
- Free or low-priced
- Submitted by the event organiser or authorised agent
- A one-off event, and not an ongoing activity. Activities such as weekly club meetings, ongoing classes or courses will not be included
We will not accept events that are of a political nature.
Please note: If your event is being held at a City of Melville facility, park or reserve, please ensure you have confirmed the necessary booking arrangements, including any permits you may require. Contact Reservebookings@melville.wa.gov.au for any queries.
Image should be landscape and less than 100KB in size. The image needs to be 412px wide by 200px high.
Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that your event meets the guidelines listed above before completing this form. Events not meeting the City's general terms and conditions and all criteria listed above will not be listed.
Please ensure you have included all required information for your event, as this will delay your event listing being displayed.
Submitted events meetings all criteria should be displayed within 48 hours of submission.
