The City of Melville Corporate Business Plan 2016-2020 sets the strategic direction for the City of Melville.
It has been developed to link community aspirations, set out in the A Strategic Community Plan for the City of Melville: People, Places, Participation 2016-2026 (see below), with the resources, governance requirements and technical imperatives that are required to be managed by the City of Melville.
It is broadly reviewed annually, with a major review every two years.
