Online Portal 'How to'

How to set up your online portal account
  1. Enter the email address that you use on your membership or customer profile
  2. Check your email inbox for your account activation email
  3. Click on the link in the email
  4. Create a new password
  5. You are good to go!

How to book into fitness classes
  1. Log into the portal
  2. Go to Group Fitness
  3. Select the class you wish to attend
  4. Confirm the booking

Please note: Members have a 22 hour advance booking, Pass holders have a 10 hour advance booking. A pass will be deducted from pass holders account when online booking is made.

How to cancel a fitness class booking
  1. Log into the portal
  2. Go to Group Fitness
  3. Select View Admissions Tickets
  4. Select the class you wish to cancel 
  5. Confirm the class cancellation 

Please note: Members have a 22 hour advance booking, pass holders have a 10 hour advance booking.  Class bookings must be cancelled prior to the start of class or the pass will be forfeited.

How to book and pay for Care for Kids
  1. Log into the portal
  2. Select bookings - ensure to switch user to child via the top right hand corner
  3. Select LeisureFit Booragoon
  4. Select the booking type creche
  5. Select 1 as estimated group size (there is no shopping cart option)
  6. Select a timeslot in the calendar, hold and drag with mouse or finger 

Please note:

  • A two hour maximum per day, per booking time still applies
  • Payment will be taken at the time of booking
  • Each child needs to be booked in separately under their individual names (note: there is no 'shopping cart' option)
  • Multi-visit passes cannot be used for an online booking but still may be used by booking in centre or by calling 9364 0800
  • Cancellations / changes to a booking may only happen in Centre or over the phone
  • Normal credit policy applies – i.e. Cancellations prior to 8.00pm the day before will be eligible for a credit voucher

  1. Log into the portal
  2. Select passes
  3. Select Buy pass
  4. Select the site you wish to book. LeisureFit Melville or LeisureFit Booragoon
  5. Select the pass type you wish to purchase
  6. Continue to to payment
  7. Complete your purchase 
  8. Check your inbox for your receipt

How to view pool availability
  1. Select facilites
  2. Select the pool you wish to view pool availability 
  3. Press on dropdown hours to view Morning, Afternoon or Evening availabilities

How to book a sports court i.e. badminton, pickleball, soccer, basketball, netball and table tennis?
  1. Log into the portal
  2. Select bookings
  3. Select the site you wish to book. LeisureFit Melville or LeisureFit Booragoon
  4. Select a timeslot in the calendar 
  5. Select Make booking
  6. Add to cart
  7. Continue to payment
  8. Complete the purchase 
  9. Check your inbox for your receipt

How to update your personal details
  1. Log into the portal
  2. Select Dashboard
  3. Select Personal details
  4. Select Edit my details, Update bank acount or Update credit card
  5. Confirm details by selecting Update

How to select a different user

1. Log in to your account
2. Select the user icon in the top right hand corner
3. Select my account
4. Select "select user"
5. Select the person you wish to book in. The person in the top right hand corner is the person you are booking in

LeisureFit Swim School 

How to set up your account for LeisureFit Swim School
  1. Log into the portal or Create an Account (if new)
  2. If you are a new enrolment – set the account up as the parent not the child
  3. Click on the Home button on the top left of screen
  4. Select Enrolments - Courses
  5. Select 'New Enrolment'
  6. Select the site – LeisureFit Booragoon
  7. Select the program you wish to enrol i.e. Assessment, Aquababies, Swim School term program, School Holiday Swim Program
  8. Complete the enrolment 
Which classes can I enrol in online?

Aquababies, 1 – 12, Youth/Teen SwimFit and Adult/Teen Learn to Swim.
Support Needs classes are not supported online. Enrolments may be completed in centre or contact us via email swim.school@melville.wa.gov.au

 

I've made a mistake on my online enrolment, what can I do?

We know at times this can happen. Be sure to contact the Swim School Team swim.school@melville.wa.gov.au for further assistance.

Can I transfer classes online?

Swimmers wishing to transfer classes of the same level during the transfer period may do so. This can be completed by calling the Centre on 9364 0821 or via email swim.school@melville.wa.gov.au

 

Can I view my current enrolment for my swimmer?

Yes, once you are logged into the online portal – click on the Enrolments - Courses tile to see your swimmer’s current enrolment and progression. If you have more than one swimmer/child, you will need to change the 'user' that is logged in from the parent to the swimmer.

To do this:

  • Click the parent’s name on the top right corner
  • Then choose the user name

Can I pay off outstanding monies via my online portal?

This can be done via the Dashboard by selecting Outstanding payments.

How do I view my swimmer's progression?
  1. Log into the portal
  2. Click on the Home button on the top left of screen
  3. Select Enrolments - Courses
  4. View Active or Upcoming Enrolments for swimmer's progression
  5. If the blue progession bar is completely filled, enrol your swimmer into the next level
  6. If the blue progression bar is NOT completely filled, enrol your swimmer into the same level they are currently enrolled in
To view your swimmer's progression in detail click on View progress button.
If you have more than one swimmer/child, you will need to change the 'user' that is logged in from the parent to the swimmer.
