We offer smaller, more intimate sized classes for those interested in participating in speciality group fitness classes such as Reformer Pilates and Barre. Over 100+ Reformer Pilates and Barre classes run across LeisureFit Booragoon and LeisureFit Melville. Private and Duo Reformer Sessions are also available if you prefer a more individualised approach.

Reformer Pilates

Using the Reformer machine, this class covers postural and technical aspects of Pilates, offering a workout that forms an excellent base for progressive stabilisation work. Classes may also include the use of the Pilates long sitting box, magic circle, ball or light hand weights, adding variety to each class. Benefits of Reformer Pilates include: balance, core strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination, improved posture and overall body muscle tone. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Reformer Essentials

Learn the essentials using the Reformer machine. Designed for those new to reformer, or those who prefer to keep it simple, offering a solid foundation of the basics. Benefits of this class include; balance, strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination, improved posture and core strength.

Barre

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness. A full-body workout using the classic ballet barre focusing on arms, legs, glutes and core. Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout combining standing Pilates work, light weights and short cardio intervals. You'll hear terms like plie and arabesque and maybe even find your inner ballet dancer. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Private training allows you to get the most out of Reformer and will leave you feeling stronger, maximise your ability and technique and help you transition into group classes.
