We offer smaller, more intimate sized classes for those interested in participating in speciality group fitness classes such as Pilates Reformer and Barre Attack. Private Reformer Sessions are also available if you prefer a more individualised approach.

Private Reformer Sessions

1-on-1 Private sessions are perfect for beginners, if you have an existing injury, are pre or post-natal or wish to advance your Reformer practice. Our personalised sessions are tailored precisely to your body, designed to meet your unique goals and accommodate any injuries or limitations you may have. Private training allows you to get the most out of Reformer and will leave you feeling stronger, maximise your ability and help you transition into group classes.

Reformer Group Classes

Pilates Reformer

Using the Pilates Reformer machine, this class covers postural and technical aspects of pilates, offering a workout that forms an excellent base for progressive stabilisation work. Benefits include: balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination, overall body muscle tone, improved postural correction and core strength. We ask that you wear socks to reformer classes for hygienic reasons. Grip socks can be purchased from reception.

POWER Reformer

Exercises are performed in a more challenging and precise way to engage more muscles, resulting in a toned, sleek and sculpted body. Using dynamic pace and more add-on accessories, this class will push your levels of strength and flexibility. A solid intermediate Pilates workout, perfect for those who have been regularly attending our Pilates Reformer classes.

Barre Attack

Barre Attack is a low impact, high intensity workout combining Pilates work, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class. The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness.

An all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas - legs, butt, thighs and arms. It helps with posture, flexibility, balance and overall fitness, staying trim and getting toned.
