Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness. A low impact, high intensity workout combining Pilates work, short cardio intervals, and flowing ballet sequences.
An all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas - legs, butt, thighs and arms. It helps with posture, flexibility, balance and overall fitness, staying trim and getting toned. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
