October is Mental Health Month. Come along and learn simple meditations to help you create a sense of peace.

Learn practical techniques for experiencing a clear, spacious mind and for navigating the challenges of daily life with a peaceful heart. Join Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tara for a meditation talk focused on everyday life skills like reducing stress, improving focus, and finding inner peace. Drawing from the book ‘How to Solve Our Human Problems’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, learn simple meditations that create mental space and dispel unpeaceful states of mind such as anxiety, frustration and overwhelm. Open to people of all backgrounds, faiths, and levels of meditation experience.
