Civic Centre and Operations Centre
The Civic Centre and Operations Centre will be closed from 1.00pm Friday, 12 December 2025 and will reopen 8.30am Monday, 15 December 2025, operating as normal until Christmas.
Both centres will be closed from 1.00pm Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and will reopen 8.30am Friday, 2 January 2026.
Customer Relations
The Customer Contact Centre will operate as usual to 5.00pm Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and will be closed Thursday, 25 December and Friday, 26 December and Thursday, 1 January 2026.
