Goolugatup Lower Lands Car Park

Construction of a new car park at Goolugatup Lower Lands began in the week starting Monday, 16 March 2026. The project is expected to take several weeks to complete, with works carefully staged to minimise disruption and accommodate scheduled community events within the precinct.

Box-out works commenced on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.

Spreading and final trimming of the rock base is currently in progress on the western half of the car park.

Initial sealing is scheduled for Tuesday, 2 June 2026.

Road Rehabilitation Program 2025-2026

When a road surface condition becomes poor or defective, rehabilitation or resurfacing work is needed to restore the pavement surface to the required level of service.

Road Sweeping

This project includes removing the existing sump fencing and replacing it with 1.8m high slim wall fencing, along with the installation of a double gate.
