Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Express Library and how is it different from our other libraries?

An Express Library is available for dropping off returned items, picking up requested items and selecting items from a range of popular quick pick titles for loan.

The City of Melville has four other branch libraries, Civic Square, AH Bracks, Willagee and Bull Creek where customers can linger longer, use the public computers and printing services, access seating and study spaces and attend library programs.

When the library opens on 2 November 2020, staff will be available to welcome you and show you around the new space. In December the library will become fully self service.

Post December, help will be a phone call away to assist you with your book selections, reserves and to report anything that needs fixing.
