The City of Melville has made the difficult decision to suspend all Libraries and  Museum events and programs as of 20 March 2020 due to the latest information regarding COVID-19 gathering requirements. This decision will affect all events including, Storytime, Baby Rhyme Time and other programs for children, Technology training sessions and other programs for adults and young people.

Conversational English Classes - Postponed

Learn about Australian society, culture and customs at the Library's Conversational English classes. Sessions are tailored around the levels of the students attending, and there are no fees charged for attendance. All sessions are held at AH Bracks Library. Classes do not run during school holidays.

Everyone is welcome. Come and join us today.

Practise Your English - Postponed

Thank you for your interest in attending one of the City of Melville’s programs. Due to the current environment, we no longer have the capacity to proceed with this program.

Come and practise your English at Civic Square Library in a friendly and informal setting. Free sessions.

Note: Please contact library before attending to ensure spaces are available.

LETS (Learning English Through Storytime) - Postponed

For parents/carers and their children aged two to four years. Limited to eight families.

Mango Languages has online English courses customised for native speakers of 21 other languages. Just use your City of Melville library card number and PIN to sign up and get free access to all the lessons.
