• I understand that cancellations require 30 days notice with any LeisureFit membership.
• Any fees due within this 30 day notice period will be charged as per pro-rata.
• If I cancel within my contract term, an early exit fee will apply. (*dependant on membership type)

Your information may be shared with authorised City staff and trusted systems we use to manage bookings and communications. You can request access to or correction of your information at any time. If you choose not to provide this information, we may be unable to process your request.
