Living Longer Living Stronger
Living Longer Living Stronger, endorsed by COTA, is an over 50's exercise program that encourages and supports mature people to achieve improved health and quality of life. Progressive Strength training has been shown to have a huge impact on wellbeing and quality of life. This is a fully supervised, personalised training program that also has a social aspect. All sessions are held at LeisureFit Melville.

|Thursday||6.00am to 9.00am and 1.00pm to 3.00pm|

Upfront cost is $55.00 (covering physical testing and the writing of an individual program). Casual sessions $7.40 per visit for City of Melville residents and $8.20 for other participants. *All initial assessment fees and access to this program are inclusive in our Healthy Life Membership.

Forever Fit Strength: A great resistance workout aimed at improving fitness, strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Specifically designed for the more mature adult or those returning to exercise.
Forever Fit Aqua : A fun, low impact class, designed for older adults. Improve tone, strength, flexibility and coordination. Enjoy a cuppa after the class.
Active Circuit :Designed for the more mature adult, this group circuit based class will increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance and flexibility.
Lite Pace: Introductory level class for those who are starting out or just want to enjoy a simple, fun class. Basic, low impact moves at an easy to follow pace.
