What does the program look like?
- 8 week program
- Wednesday, September 8 to Wednesday October 27 at 6.00pm to 7.30pm
- 30 minutes low impact exercise followed by a one hour workshop discussion
- Sessions will be held at Tompkins Park, Canning Room
Everyone sets their own goals and it’s our job to help you work towards them. Hence our program name ‘My Way’!
Sessions will be interactive, inclusive and supportive. We also want you to have fun and support each other as a group.
The majority of our information and resources will be sourced from LiveLighter which is a public health education program, developed in WA to help people lead healthier lifestyles. The website has lots of information, tips, workout guides and recipes to help you on your healthy lifestyle journey; and we will be there to support you and keep you motivated!
