Exercise - a silver bullet for health?
Being physically active every day can help improve your health at any age and reduce the risk of developing diseases like Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Regular exercise also helps with the management of cancer and its recurrence, with a minimum of 30 minutes a day able to provide benefits.
