Business Community Survey 2022

With a vision of 'engaging with our diverse community to achieve an inclusive, vibrant and sustainable future’ we commission an external research organisation every two years to obtain and track our community’s  satisfaction and wellbeing over time. Local businesses were surveyed in 2022.

The Markyt Business Perceptions Survey asked the business community about their perceptions of the City’s services, infrastructure and facilities, and also allowed us to benchmark our services across the local government sector.

Tthe City received the highest ranking of participating local governments for overall performance, setting ten industry high standards including as an overall place to operate a business, as a governing organisation and roads.
