Do you ever feel like you’re just waiting for someone to find you out? That you’ve managed to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes for so long but it’s just a matter of time before life as you know it comes crashing down due to people finally figuring out that you’ve managed to fool them all. It’s exhausting, isn’t it?

We are hounded by perfectionism and fear of failure. Many of us are suffering in silence – not knowing that others experience this crippling self- doubt, self-loathing and fear of failure. Join in this safe, tell all session where we break the isolation and learn how to tame the beast with tools/strategies to help break the paralysis that follows when we are struggling under the weight of imposter syndrome.

Katrina Alilovic is a Counselling Psychologist with twenty-five years’ experience in Australia and the UK.
