Checking Your Eligibility
Please refer to the City of Melville Parking Permit Policy for information on the criteria that needs to be met to be eligible for permit(s), as well as how many resident and visitor permits may be issued.

Applying for a residential and Visitor Parking Permit
To apply for a permit, download and complete the Application Form and submit via email to melinfo@melville.wa.gov.au, or post to:

Alternatively, you can submit your application form in person to the City of Melville Civic Centre at 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon.
If you require a replacement permit please complete and return the Replacement Parking Permit Application Form.
Applying for a TPI Permit
TPI Permits are only available to residents in the City of Melville who hold a TPI DVA Gold Card.
Please read through the application form which highlights the eligibility conditions that apply.
To apply for a TPI permit, download and complete the Current vehicle registration papers to be used with this permit (including letter from owner/company if not in residents name)Application Form and submit via email to melinfo@melville.wa.gov.au, or post to:

Please include with your application;
- Proof of TPI DVA Gold Card
- Drivers Licence, passport or proof of age card
- Current vehicle registration papers to be used with this permit (including letter from owner/company if not in residents name)
- Rates notice or current lease agreement including signatories and/or letter from the property owner including signatures.
