With the summer months now fast approaching there are changes to the parking at Deep Water Point.
As of Friday 1 November 2020 through to 30 April 2021, only vehicles with trailers or trailers only will be able to park in the designated trailer parking bays at Deep Water Point between 5am and 11am with a valid ticket displayed.
All vehicles may park in the bays with a ticket after 11am daily.
This seasonal change does not effect the 15 trailer bays at the Northern end of the car park which are permanently for vehicles with trailers or trailers only between 7am and 6pm.
Parking is limited in the area. There is embayed parking for cars on The Esplanade from Helm Street to Gunbower Road and parking for cars at Mount Henry Bridge, paid parking at Apex Reserve, near the Swan River Rowing Club and you can also park on many of the local side streets, but be sure to adhere to all parking signs. Our Rangers regularly patrol this area.
We encourage were possible the use of other transport options including cycling, walking, ride sharing or taking the 150 or 160 bus which travels along Reynolds Road.
