Youth Week 2019

April 13th to 19th

The City has lots on for young people during Youth Week 2019!

Monday 15th of April

Edison Robots Workshop @ AH Bracks Library, 9-11am

  • Learn how to code using our fantastic Edison Robots.

Dreamcatcher workshop @ AH Bracks Library, 9-11am

  • A mindfulness art workshop making your own Dreamcatcher!

Skateboarding WA Skate Clinic @ Leeming Skate Park, 3-5pm

Wednesday 17th of April

Photography Skills workshop @ AH Bracks Library, 1-3pm (BYO DSLR camera)

  • Learn basic and advanced techniques with a professional photographer!

PCYC Fun Truck @ Carawatha Park in Willagee, 4-6pm

  • Fun and games for all ages
  • Including BMX bikes, sumo suits, bouncing castle!
  • BBQ hosted by PCYC and City of Melville

The City of Melville operates four skate parks which are open for anyone to use.

Youth Drop In @ Willagee and Blue Gum Community Centres

Come along to our Youth Drop In and hang out with other young people your age. Play some sport, watch a movie or enjoy one of our creative workshops. Snacks provided!

Parental consent is needed to participate in our Youth Drop In. Please get your parent or guardian to sign the membership form below and bring it with you the first time you come:

    PCYC Fun Truck

    Thanks to a great response and feedback from our community we are pleased to announce that we have secured the PCYC Fun Truck to attend more locations across the City of Melville!  The PCYC Fun Truck is loaded with a range of fun recreational activities suitable for all ages and is staffed by qualified youth workers.
