Join a free ‘pop-in’ online session for retailers, hospitality and suppliers impacted by the WA Plastics Ban to ask questions, train teams/clients, raise emerging concerns and share learnings.
To reduce plastic pollution, the Western Australian Government is implementing a state-wide ban on the supply of certain plastic items, enforceable from 1 July 2022, banning the supply of items such as disposable plastic cutlery, straws, plates, bowls, containers, cups and bags.
The National Retail Association (NRA) has been engaged to assist businesses to understand, manage and comply with the Plastics Ban. The NRA are specialists in plastic bans across Australia and the implications of these bans for businesses.
