John Karoll is a Perth-born Music Producer and DJ with years of experience producing Electronic music and performing in Nightclubs and Music Festivals around Perth. Join John to learn the basics of electronic music production including songwriting, mixing & mastering in this 3 week course.
With a background in Classical Guitar and Piano, John started his journey of music production in 2014 when he met Morgan of then Perth based duo Slumberjack, who took him under his wing as an Ableton Student. In the same year, after winning a number of Perth DJ competitions, John launched his DJ career with sets at Music Festivals such as Stereosonic and Breakfest, as well as a plethora of Perth Nightclubs. These days, John is focused on songwriting and teaching rather than performing and releasing songs, and he hopes to be able to help you along your path of Electronic Music Production!
