Bask in the magic and mystery of winter with a FREE community arts celebration full of intrigue and unique artistry.
Witness Dyoondalup Point Walter come alive with intimate performances from brilliant local musicians and artists, a hot supper to warm your belly and quiet moments of reflection as we honour the winter solstice.
Come down at 5.00pm to watch the sunset and enjoy delicious food by the water’s edge, before wandering through a trail of strange and wonderful performance stations. Then, gather around the main stage for an incredible finale performance.
UPDATE: In line with recent Department of Health advice to temporarily avoid swimming and fishing in this part of the river, the City of Melville Midwinter team has withdrawn this year’s Jetty Jump due to potential contamination risks following a sewerage spill in the Alfred Cove area.
We will however still be doing fires, good music, marshmallows and beautifully strange things beneath the trees.
