Spring is in the air and it is a great time get some inner peace by learning the art of meditation. This four week series held on a Thursday evening aims to teach the ABC's of meditation. Topics covered include concentration, breathing techniques, relaxation, visualisation and mantra. Each week follows from the next so aim to attend all four sessions.
