This exhibition presents art making as a therapeutic and reparative exercise, where creative expression is embraced to its fullest and the mind wanders into what possibilities may arise.
‘In my analytical world by day, I find my happy place in the Arts where I can express my creativeness in full colours after hours. I manage my stress levels by allowing my mind to drift and hopefully create some beautiful art work.’
