The Annual General Meeting of Electors 2021 will be held on Tuesday, 2 February 2021 commencing at 6.00pm.
In line with our sustainability policy, limited printed copies of the Community Annual Report 2019-2020 will be available at the meeting. Copies can be obtained at our libraries and the City of Melville Civic Centre. To read the Community Annual Report 2019-2020 visit our Annual Report page.
We welcome your questions on the Community Annual Report 2019-2020. If you have a question you would like answered at the meeting, fill in our online AGM question form, or download and fill-in our AGM Question Form (PDF) and email it to email@example.com. Questions need to be received by 12noon Wednesday, 28 January 2021. Questions associated with the Community Annual Report 2019-2020 will be given priority for response at the meeting.

- Members of the public are required to register with an email address to join the meeting. The purpose of registering assists us in ensuring we have the appropriate licence to broadcast the meeting.
- By registering, you are booking your spot as an “Attendee” to the meeting, generally our limit is 100 attendees, we will monitor the registrations and if necessary increase the licence capacity.
- Please allow 5 to 10 minutes for registration which can occur in advance, or when joining the meeting
- Registration emails will not be used for any other purpose.
