There is stigma surrounding death and dying. Join us for this special, gentle presentation and hear how bringing death back into the conversation can create harmony, connection and peace at the end of life.
About the presenter:
At 29, Gemma is an aged care nurse who discovered her deepest passion in caring for people at the end of life. Through her work, she witnessed the gaps in the healthcare system, especially, around communication, and the conversations many avoid until it’s too late. This inspired her to become an advocate for honest, gentle dialogue around dying, helping families find clarity and comfort during an incredibly vulnerable time. Grounded by laughter, nature, and the power of community connection, she is committed to bringing more humanity, presence, and peace into the way we support those on their final journey
