About Seeds To Seedlings To Schools
We aim to provide seedlings to schools and community centres as a way for the community to work together to mitigate climate change and advocate healthy and sustainable living. We hope to:
- Increase awareness on how healthy and sustainable living can mitigate climate change.
- Organise education workshops growing food locally to reduce food miles and how this helps reduce emissions from transporting and fuel use.
- Promote healthy eating at schools using vegetables grown from their garden and teach students how we can make a difference to the adverse impacts of climate change.
