Hear ye, hear ye!
Eight community projects have received a share of more than $120,000 through the City’s Project Robin Hood IV program! While normally a $100,000 funding pool, this year additional projects were able to be funded by unspent project funds from previous years.
More than 2,600 people from across Melville jumped online to review the 13 community-led project ideas before voting for the projects they felt deserved funding.
For these funded projects, the road continues as the City will assign every project an “Ombeardsman” – a City staff member who will provide technical advice, guidance and support.
