About the Kidpreneur Project
Our independent financial education business Money School delivers financial literacy training and an in-class kidpreneur program called Maker Kids Club. Through this, we meet kids making and selling amazing things such as natural lip balm, affirmation cards, jewellery and seedlings.
Being a kidpreneur provides invaluable lessons for them about working and money. We want kidpreneurs to get a thorough experience of running their own business and a market would aid that. It will also help the parents who support them: no more hunting for markets to join and worrying about their fees. We (Money School) see our role as facilitators - coordinating hall hire, advertising, insurance and the like so we can provide a safe and inclusive environment while the kidpreneurs focus on launching their businesses.
