The City of Melville aims to support groups to continue providing their Project Robin Hood projects as community assets and ensure they are adequately maintained and cared for. The City will provide up to $1500 per project to fund maintenance costs by the community, for the community where there is a clear and identified need. The funding is only available for projects that have been built on private or City owned land and are still open and accessible for the community to use.
Successful applicants will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance work required. The preference is that the work is carried out by the community but understand this may not always be possible depending on the type of maintenance required.
