The reason the proposal is out for comment is because variation is sought to the proposed building height as measured in storeys, despite the development meeting the prescribed height limit when measured in metres. The initial proposal was advertised as 4-storey and it is now regarded as a 5-storey development due to modifications proposed to the basement level.
