475 people responded to questions on limiting bonus heights to 5 additional storeys for the M10 and M15 zones respectively. The data analysis report is now available.

475 people responded to questions on limiting bonus heights to 5 additional storeys for the M10 and M15 zones respectively. The options they could select from and then comment upon were:

  • Too high
  • Appropriate
  • Too low

Quantitative feedback on the options showed that most people felt that the bonus heights in both the M10 and M15 Zones were too high.

M10 Zone

  • 81% (n=383) of responses felt the bonus heights in the M10 Zone were too high
  • 11% (n=50) of responses felt the bonus heights in the M10 Zone were appropriate
  • 9% (n=42) of responses felt the bonus heights in the M10 Zone were too low

M15 Zone

  • 79% (n=377) of responses felt the bonus heights in the M15 Zone were too high
  • 8% (n=36) of responses felt the bonus heights in the M15 Zone were appropriate
  • 13% (n=62) of responses felt the bonus heights in the M15 Zone were too low
