Canning Bridge Area Disruptions

Canning Bridge Area Disruptions

Upgrades to the wastewater infrastructure and other large projects in the Canning Bridge area will cause road closures and disruptions.

Canning Bridge Area Disruptions

Canning Beach Road is now fully open for traffic and the shared path is partially open.

We are rolling out our vision for the Canning Bridge area in line with the Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan which is the guide for development in the precinct.

Due to the number of major construction projects and Water Corporation infrastructure upgrades occurring in the Canning Bridge Area at the moment, there can be delays to traffic through detours and other traffic management measures. It is important that all road users exercise caution and be patient at this busy time to ensure everyone remains safe.

We acknowledge the impacts and inconvenience caused by these works and is actively liaising with all Project Managers involved to provide up to date information on traffic management throughout the Canning Bridge Area via this web page.

See below map showing proposed road closures and measures that may cause disruption. We suggest that you avoid these areas if possible and seek alternative routes on your journey.
