About the program

One2One Helping our Community seeks to understand the challenges our residents are facing during COVID-19 and how we, as a local government, can help during this time.

Between April and May we connected with our community through a telephone outreach service. The One2One program telephone outreach service offered assistance to people over the age of 60. The One2One team have called over 3000 residents and 4300 by email to check in and see how they are doing, are we pleased to say that most people are doing well.

Our telephone service closed at the end of May due to the easing of restrictions as well as positive feedback from the community. However, if you or someone you know requires assistance, you can register on the below links.
